How do I download a show/movie?

Press the symbol    to begin downloading. The symbol   will appear once your download is complete.

How do I know if a show/movie is downloadable?

Look for the symbol    for programming that is downloadable.

When does content become available for download?

Movies, Crave Original and Showtime content is available for download as soon as it appears on the app! HBO content is available for download 15 months after its original premiere date. Select movies and series are not available for download.

How long will content stay download on my device?

Content will stay on your device for 15 days before it expires. Once you start watching a movie or episode, you have 48 hours before it is gone.

How much content can I download?

Up to 10 movies or episodes can be downloaded at a time, however storage is based on the capacity of your device.

What devices are compatible with the Download to Go function?

Download to go is available on iPhones, iPads, Android phones and tablets.
