2) Select the device you’d like to cast to & enjoy!

Get the App:

1) Download the CRAVE app from iTunes or from Google Play, depending on your device.
2) Open the CRAVE app
3) Tap the profile icon in the top right corner and tap SIGN IN
4) Choose “Through My TV Provider”
5) Choose Novus from the list of providers
6) Log in with your email and password that you use to manage your Novus bill on myNovus

Give us the information about your current PVR, and we’ll reprogram it so it can play with our system.

Step 2 – Connect your digital box to your TV, the wall cable outlet and an electrical outlet.

Step 3 – Call Novus Technical Support at 604 642 6688 to have your box reprogrammed.

I confirm that the information provided is correct, the name above is the rightful owner of the digital terminal with the serial number above. Digital terminal listed above is not subject to any lease or rental agreement, and is being re-programmed at my request.

*Please note these PVR's can only be reprogrammed if they are non-Shaw or OCAP boxes
