How to pay your Novus Bill
Online Banking:
You are able to make online banking payments with any Canadian bank account. Add a payee and look us up as NOVUSCOM LP, then add your 9 digit account number without any spaces or hyphens and save it.
Sending a cheque:
Make cheque payable to: Novuscom LP, Suite 300 – 112 East 3rd Ave, Vancouver BC V5T 1C8
Cash or Debit/CC payments in office:
Our address is Suite 300 – 112 East 3rd Ave, Vancouver BC V5T 1C8. Office hours are 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not have change for cash payments.
Pre-Authorized payments:
You can call in and update your credit card information for pre-authorized payments to your account or update it online via MyNovus.
You can set up pre-authorized directly from your bank account by mailing a pre-authorized payment form or voided cheque to Suite 300 – 112 East 3rd Ave, Vancouver BC V5T 1C8 or emailing it to billing@novusnow.ca.
Calling in a Credit Card/Debit payment:
You can call us at 604-642-6688 and make a payment over the phone using your credit card or your VISA/MC Debit card. Please note that we aren’t able to process payments over the phone with all VISA/MC Debit cards.
