Email | Set-up an automatic reply or vacation message in your webmail account

Learn how to set-up an automatic reply or vacation message.

  1. Navigate to https://mail.novus.ca/ and use your Novus webmail username and password to login.                   
  2. Next, select Email Options on the right side of your screen.
  3. Look for the Vacation Message/Auto Responder Fill in the following information:                               
  4. Next, check Enable vacation message and click on the Update Vacation Message button to complete the set-up.
