Email | Change your webmail account password

Learn how to change your email account password.

  1. Navigate to https://mail.novus.ca/ and use your Novus webmail username and password to login.                   
  2. Next, select Security Settings on the right side of your screen.
  3. Look for the Change Password box and fill in the following information. Once completed, hit Update Password to complete the change.

Step 2 – Connect your digital box to your TV, the wall cable outlet and an electrical outlet.
