What is an ATA?

Your ATA will look like either one of the following two types:

PhoneATA2PhoneATA3

 

How to reset your ATA device:

  1. Unplug the power cord of your ATA device (phone) or your router (internet) from the back of your device
  2. Leave the device unplugged from the power source for 60 seconds.
  3. After 60 seconds, replugged the power back into the device
  4. Wait for another 5 minutes, before you try to use the device again
