Voicemail Folders

Learn how to use folders in your voicemail menu.

Once in your main voicemail menu, dial 2 to enter the change folders section of the menu.

  • To switch to your new message folder, dial 0.
  • To switch to your old message folder, dial 1.
  • To switch to your work message folder, dial 2.
  • To switch to your family message folder, dial 3.
  • To switch to your friends’ message folder, dial 4.
