Three-Way Calling
Learn how to make a three-way call.
Three-way calling allows you to have a phone call with two other people at the same time. Three-way calling is the same as making a call on the second line while your first call is on hold with an added step of connecting the two calls.
- Make your first phone call
- Once you’re connected with your first line, press the flash button to switch to your second line (once you hear the dial tone, you’ve successfully switched to your second line). Now, dial the second number.
- Once you’ve connected with the second person, press the flash button again to merge the two calls.
OR… if you’re on an existing call and a call is coming through on call-waiting
- When you hear the call waiting tone, press the flash button to connect to the incoming call and place the first call on hold
- Once connected to the incoming call press the flash button again to join the two calls together.
