Novus Phone Limitations
Novus phone does not support all features. Here is a list of its limitations:
- does not support use of 911 during a power or Internet outage
- does not support collect calls/reverse charges
- does not support monitored alarm systems that use the phone line to monitor
- does not support older fax machine models
- does not support the use of long distance providers. (You can use a calling card, however. Make sure to dial a local access number first)
- does not support 411 long distance calling
- does not support calls to 1-900 numbers
