MyNovus | Getting Started

How to Register for MyNovus:

1. Go to MyNovus

2. Click Register for the first time.

3. Fill in the requested information and click the Register button.

• If you haven’t received a bill yet, you can enter $0 for last bill amount or the last 4 digits of your ID provided at sign up

4. Check your email for the activation email to complete the registration process

What is MyNovus?

MyNovus is Novus’ online account management system. You can:

• Make a payment, view past bills, and set up pre-authorized payments.
• If you subscribe to Internet: View your monthly data usage, add more data, and manage your connected devices.
• If you subscribe to TV: Add TV channels to your TV package. Watch TV on-the-go and access TV everywhere apps if you subscribe to the following channels: Global, CTV, TSN, Crave, Sportsnet, A&E, Hollywood Suite and Stingray Music.
• If you subscribe to Phone: Access the Novus Phone portal to check your call logs and phone features
