Sometimes you may come across some surveys/pop-up ads claiming to be from Novus. We would like to let you know the following because we do not want your credit card or personal information stolen:

• Novus will never ask for your credit card or personal information online or through email. We only get this information by phone or in person.

• Novus surveys are only sent out through Novus Updates emails or in person. We never ask for any credit card information in a survey.

• Novus does not have any browser pop-up windows.

Ads or surveys might say “Novus Entertainment” or “Novus” and may even show your IP address but please ignore these and exit all that you may come across.

Here is an example of a fake survey from a customer. The customer completed the fake Novus survey, and the survey has now prompted them to choose an “offer” which then will lead to asking for your credit card information to receive it.
