Get Started

Before you begin, you will need to set up your main system and grab an Ethernet cable.

Connect A Device

The first thing you need to do is plug the device you want to connect into the power outlet.

Next, you will plug the other end of the Ethernet cable into the LAN port (The yellow ports at the back of your 844 or U6 – it is still white on the U4), on the back of your system.

Multiple Wired Devices

If you have more than one wired device you need to connect, you can always get a gigabit switch with multiple ports.

Then you can connect as many devices as you need with Ethernet into the switch for direct connections.

I confirm that the information provided is correct, the name above is the rightful owner of the digital terminal with the serial number above. Digital terminal listed above is not subject to any lease or rental agreement, and is being re-programmed at my request.

*Please note these PVR's can only be reprogrammed if they are non-Shaw or OCAP boxes
