Call-Return-On-Busy

Learn what you can do if the line you are calling is busy.

Call-return-on-busy will constantly dial a number when the line is busy. Our server monitors the number and lets you know when the line is free. Our server will attempt to redial the number for thirty-minutes.

  1. When you call a number and hear a busy tone, hang up the phone.
  2. Immediately pickup the handset and dial *66 and then hang up.
  3. Pick up your phone when it rings (this means that you have connected to the number you were trying to reach).

In order to deactivate this feature, dial *86  on your number pad.
