On Beam TV, any Channel, Programming, or VOD content rated AO (Adult Only) is locked by default. For the safety of minors, to unlock these channels, you must call customer service and we will provide the account holder with the pin number to access the content.

Call us at 604 642 6688 to receive default PIN

1. Press Menu on your remote
2. Scroll down and choose “Settings”

3. Scroll down and choose “Parental Controls”

4. Choose “Adult Locking”

5. Enter PIN to continue (retrieve default PIN from Novus Customer Service)

6. De-select “Lock Adult Programs”

7. Select “Save” on the left menu

All Adult-Only rated programming is now unlocked

Step 3 – Call Novus Technical Support at 604 642 6688 to have your box reprogrammed.

I confirm that the information provided is correct, the name above is the rightful owner of the digital terminal with the serial number above. Digital terminal listed above is not subject to any lease or rental agreement, and is being re-programmed at my request.

*Please note these PVR's can only be reprogrammed if they are non-Shaw or OCAP boxes
