MyNovus | Adding more data usage
If you know that you will be using more data than what Novus provides for your account type, you can add more usage rather than upgrading your account.
1. Log in to MyNovus
2. Under the Internet heading on the left hand side, click on Manage Traffic Usage. You’ll be redirected to a page that breaks down your current usage, and shows how much bandwidth you have remaining.
You will be presented with 2 options:
A. Opt-in to subscribe to Novus Updates, our e-newsletter, and you’ll receive an additional 50Gb of data usage every month for free, as long as you remain a Novus Updates subscriber.
B. Click button to add 250 GB of data transfer, this will add a $5 charge to your account.
