Voicemail to Email

Learn how to receive your voicemail through your e-mail.

Voicemail to e-mail allows you to receive your voicemail messages through your e-mail.

  1. Log in to your MyNovus Phone
  2. Click on Phone from the main menu
  3. Click on Settings from the sub-menu
  4. Enter your email in Voicemail to Email Address
  5. Click Submit
  6. A verification email will be sent to the email address you entered
  7. Click the verification link to activate
