MyNovus | Viewing Call History

Learn where to find your call history.

You can view your call history details through the call management centre.

  1. Log in to MyNovus. Use the information in your activation email, which you received when you signed up for Novus phone.
  2. Once logged in, click “Manage Phone Account” on the side menu.
  3. Click “Phone” on the top menu
  4. On this page you’ll be able to view:
    • incoming and outgoing calls
    • dates and times of call
    • durations of call

You can also filter your call log to show your call history for a specific time period or for a specific phone number.
