MyNovus | Viewing Call History
Learn where to find your call history.
You can view your call history details through the call management centre.
- Log in to MyNovus. Use the information in your activation email, which you received when you signed up for Novus phone.
- Once logged in, click “Manage Phone Account” on the side menu.
- Click “Phone” on the top menu
- On this page you’ll be able to view:
-
- incoming and outgoing calls
- dates and times of call
- durations of call
You can also filter your call log to show your call history for a specific time period or for a specific phone number.
