Placing a Call on Hold

Learn how to place a call on hold.

This allows you to place an active call on hold while you do something else or dial another number on your phone’s other line.

To put a call on hold, press the flash button. While a call is on hold, you can use the other line to make a call or simply put the phone down while you do something else. Press the flash button again to return to the call.
