Voicemail & Advanced Voicemail Messages
Learn about and how to use functions within your voicemail messages menu.
Once in your main voicemail menu, dial 1 to play your voicemail message(s). After your message has played, you can:
To hear your advanced message option dial 3.
The advanced message options available to you are:
- To reply to the message, dial 1.
- To call back the number that left you the message, dial 2.
- To access the envelope the message has been stored in, dial 3.
- To make an outgoing call, dial 4.
- To send a message, dial 5.
To replay the previous message, dial 4.
To replay the current message, dial 5.
To play the next message, dial 6.
To delete the current message, dial 7.
To forward the current message to another mailbox, dial 8.
To save the current message to a folder, dial 9.
You can save the message to a variety of folders:
- To save the message to the new message folder, dial 0.
- To save the message to the old message folder, dial 1.
- To save the message to the work message folder, dial 2.
- To save the message to the family message folder, dial 3.
- To save the message to your friends’ message folder, dial 4.
At any point in your message, you can dial * to skip backwards/rewind or dial # to skip forward/fast forward.
