Forwarding Voicemail Messages

Learn how to forward voicemail messages.

This feature will allow you to forward voicemail messages to another Novus phone number. Forwarding messages can be useful if you wish to save a message on another phone or wish to send the message to someone else.

1. After listening to the message you wish to forward, dial 8 and listen for the prompt to enter the number you wish to forward the voicemail to. The number will be read back for confirmation.

2. Add your own message before the voicemail: Press 1
Send the voicemail without a message: Press 2

* Please note, this feature may only be used to forward messages to another Novus phone customer, and cannot forward voicemail messages to another provider.
