Learn about long distance rates and how to make a long distance phone call.

Your Novus phone service includes North American and international long distance rates from 2.5 cents per minute.

To call within Canada and the US, dial 1 plus the phone number (including the area code) i.e. 1-(area code)-XXX-XXXX

To call an international number, dial 011 followed by the country code, followed by the telephone number i.e. 011-(country code)-(area code)-(phone number)

Novus supports a variety of long distance services including phone cards and other services with access numbers.

Phone card services will work with your Novus phone. And other long distance service work, where you first dial a number to access the long distance service (i.e. 1-800) and then dial the number of the recipient.
