Is this offer available to everyone?
This package is only available to you if you were selected by the Government of Canada and received a letter with an access code.
How long is this offer available to me if I qualify?
Internet service is available to you on a month-to-month basis until March 31, 2027. You must continue to qualify each year.
Am I allowed to switch to another provider once I’ve enrolled in the Connecting Families program?
No, you may not switch service providers unless you move to an area which Novus does not service.
Does this offer include Television services?
No, Television services is not included. If you require TV service, you will be charged regular, monthly TV rates on top of the Internet monthly rate you subscribe to.
