At Novus, we strive to ensure that our services and facilities are accessible to all individuals, including those who experience any accessibility barriers. Novus’ Accessibility Committee is responsible for reviewing and addressing accessibility feedback.

Your feedback regarding the accessibility of our organization is essential to help us identify barriers, improve accessibility, and enhance the overall experience of customers, employees and guests.

Please provide the following details in your feedback:

1) Description of the accessibility issue(s) encountered, concerns and/or suggestions for improvement
2) Location and date of occurrence, if applicable
3) All feedback is anonymous but please provide your name and contact information if you would like us to follow up with you (optional)

Give us the information about your current PVR, and we’ll reprogram it so it can play with our system.

Step 3 – Call Novus Technical Support at 604 642 6688 to have your box reprogrammed.

I confirm that the information provided is correct, the name above is the rightful owner of the digital terminal with the serial number above. Digital terminal listed above is not subject to any lease or rental agreement, and is being re-programmed at my request.

*Please note these PVR's can only be reprogrammed if they are non-Shaw or OCAP boxes
